• Continuous professional support on a daily basis (‘first-touch support’) in solving problems with installation, evaluation and interpretation of real-time PCR test results of diagnostic operations in routine laboratories.
• Verification of diagnostic methods in use, including preparation of protocols and performing comparative tests according to the standards of the CE IVD legislation. The outcome is an analytical report on the function of individual procedures (sensitivity analysis, specificity and measurement accuracy of selected diagnostic kits) directly in your laboratory.
• Expert assessment of applications for project support submitted by state grant agencies and private companies.

Trainings

Individualized training of the laboratory staff, including practical demonstration of procedures in the routine operation of a laboratory based on prior theoretical lectures/presentations. The training is intended for laboratory staff and analysts responsible for issuing the correct results and can be performed on site.

I also offer training for application specialists of biotechnology companies offering products for real-time PCR diagnostics in the correct implementation of the offered diagnostics and I provide professional advice in solving operational problems associated with the use of selected methods.

Research and Development (R&D)

Are you an organization or a research laboratory dealing with solution of grants or commercial projects? Do you need someone to recommend or develop a robust and simple method of real-time PCR detection for a successful solution of such projects and the main objective of your project is not the development and optimization of real-time methods or the solution of correct setting of detection parameters (sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of measurement)?

For such organizations I offer an assistance with selection of suitable diagnostic or complete development of a new real-time PCR system in accordance with their requirements (from sequence analysis, oligonucleotide design and a suitable chemical format to the optimization of the entire detection).
